Founder, Investors Unite
Chairman, Founder and CEO of CapWealth
Tim formed Capital Trust Wealth Management in Franklin, Tennessee in early 2000 after nearly 20 years in the industry. The firm now operates as CapWealth, where he remains involved in all aspects of investment counseling and personal financial planning.
Through his 30 plus years of experience, Tim Pagliara has grown in his passion for promoting awareness about the national debt problem and now on investor rights. In 2012, Tim founded Enact the Plan, a grassroots awareness campaign to educate the public about the Simpson-Bowles Plan. At the end of 2012, Tim joined forces with Erskine Bowles and Sen. Alan Simpson’s Fix the Debt campaign.
With Tim’s broad and vast background in the financial services industry, he became a fierce advocate for his personal and clients’ investments in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Tim began discussions about the unfair and unlawful treatment of investor rights under the government’s 100 percent net worth dividend sweep with Senator Bob Corker (R-TN) as early as 2008. He has been featured in the Nashville Tennessean and written to the Wall Street Journal on the Federal government’s blatant disregard and disrespect for the rule of law and private property.
Now Tim wants to unite all Fannie and Freddie shareholders to organize and advocate for their rights as investors.
