    Not surprised to see “Ackman /Commons” withdraw their injunction case in Judge Lamberth’s District Court. First of all this has nothing to do with the “Fairholme lawsuit” or the “Ackman/Commons” Lawsuit in Judge Sweeney’s Court of Claims. This also has no bearing on the “Perry Injunction” appeal. This decision is not surprising at all considering Judge Lamberths recent decision in the Perry Injunction. It was plain to Ackman/Commons that they did not stand a chance with Judge Lamberth. I would caution against trying to read too much into this very common sense decision.
