    What a fraud statement by treasury secretory that GSE will not pass stress test. Can bank pass stress test if we put profit sweep to all banks?

    Very true. Your analogy makes complete sense. The UNCONSTITUTIONAL Profit sweep will not allow capitalization of the GSE’s. Basic logics. Free them now and allow for JUSTICE to prevail.
